CAMBRIDGE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY organised the 2nd annual alumni meet on 23rd March, 2014. The vision of the meet is to keep the Alumni connected in a network for their own good and to engage the association to advance the CITech excellence. The Alumni meet was held at the college campus under the leadership of Dr.Suresh.L, Principal CITech, Prof Pankaja, Assistant professor, CSE department with the support of our own alumni students and the management.

The dignitaries on the dais were, Dr.A.N.N.Murthy, Principal of Dayananda Sagar college of Engineering,Sri.D.K Mohan,Chairman of ClTech,Dr.suresh.L,Principal of CITech, Prof.Seetha Girisha,Vice Principal, HOD's of various departments,faculty members were also present.

One of the alumni was the host for the function who invited the dignitaries on the dais and also welcomed alumni who were more than 350 in number, were present in the meet. This was followed by the chief guest introduction.

The chief Guest Dr.A.N.N.Murthy who is a very successful person unlighted the students with his experience and motivating career journey. Speeches to motivate the alumni and the importance of the meet/association were emphasised by the chairman Sri.D.K.Mohan and Dr.Suresh.L. Great bonhomie was observed everywhere with old students reliving their old memories with their batch mates, seniors and juniors.

Students were encouraged to share their views and experience at ClTech.Many expressed the happiness that they were and are Cambrians, appreciated for the well organised function and for the positive changes which has taken place in the campus in all respects in the recent days.

This was followed by delicious dinner and DJ night which was enjoyed the most. In all, the ambience was electric with people seen chatting and dancing in Groups. The meet ended with promise to meet every expectation of the Alumni. Everyone bid friendly farewell to each other and their beloved.

The alumni were very happy about the improvements in the college, placement related activity happening in the college, Chiguru fest etc.
